Thought for the day… I’m not always into the whole progress pic stuff… You know ‘Transformation Tuesday’ type shiz. But I do think it can be a great motivator for people. I’ve never wanted to be skinny. I’ve always wanted to be more like an action figure. Faster, fitter,stronger.
And I generally look in the mirror and go ‘ looking good babycakes’ 😜
But I do also recognise that I have been a big fatty boombah at times in the past and that can be a bit shitty in terms of health and tiredness and general getting by in life.
I’m also still nowhere near where I want to be but that’s a work in progress.
So anyway the main reason for this post is to encourage an odd few peeps I know that with consistency you can be changing some stuff. It won’t take 12 weeks mind, it may take 3 years, or 4 or 5. Remember that when you’re chopping your kale or whatever!
And not everyone has the same goals.
Make your own goals and drive your own bus n all that.
But for my friends out there (you know who you are) who are stepping back into some bad ass fitness and squeezing themselves into some lycra….. I salute you!!!!! You are bloody awesome! For real!
Go with the flow, buy some new clothes, don’t wait till you’re looking like an action figure. Decide you are ‘the shit’ and live your life while you’re in it. And things just change. Cos that’s the rules.
As for any negativity. Laugh it off. Then jump on them and suffocate them with your busoms because you are lapping everyone sitting on the sofa 😘
